Elia olive oil is made from olives grown without the use of pesticides. It is pressed from both green and black olives and cold-extracted below 27 °C, which gives a balanced, rich and mild oil that carries the character of the Mediterranean diet to the table.

III — Origin
From our factory floor to the container door.
Our factory stands in the Karaman Organised Industrial Zone. Oil is held in stainless-steel tanks, filled on the bottling line, and palletised cartons are loaded into containers in our yard for dispatch.
